What we are eating,and whats eating us,Saturday...
I had to ammend my food yesterday so today I am backing off a little. But, I am adding a lot of stuff to what I eat.
B: cream of wheat with fresh, straight from my sister's cow, cream. Plus, I added some fruit.
S: cottage cheese and peaches
S: peanut butter on a spoon
L: potato soup with bacon and cheese and more straight from my sister's cow cream
S: string cheese
S: banana
D: pinto beans, ham, and corn bread.
S: Where the hell would I put a snack after all of that? some sugar free extra protein boost.

Not home, I won't touch that one! I'll just say be happy and be safe!
B - protein shake
S - a sample of cheese at the grocery and a yogurt with Kashi when I got home
L - steak with onion and a thin slice of French bread
D - catfish, fresh spinach sauteed with olive oil and garlic
S - protein bar at the Z's game
S - cottage cheese or peanut butter when we get home
Gotta go turn off the slow cooker - have a nice roast in it with lf mushroom soup and an envelope of onion soup. It will be dinner a couple of nights this week.
