What we are eating,and whats eating us,Saturday...
By the time I got out of Central Market, I had already consumed 2 pieces of ziti w/sauce, a slit of breakfast bread, 3 pieces of anchovie, a water cracker, a cracker w/smoked salmon and cream cheese, half a small dixie cup of margarita mix, a little tasting spoon of gumbo and 3 thin slices of cucumber....

Good Sunday morning Linda and Friends!
Had a wonderful day at the beach yesterday. Food wise pretty good. Didn't take any junk with me and there weren't many places that tempted me.
Protein shake and supplements;
Loaded up Maggie and a humungous insulated cup of iced tea and ice and hit the road about 9am.
Stopped at yard sales, thrift stores here and there on the way.
Lunch: medium bowl of yummy clam chowder/oyster crackers! Free sample of smoked salmon! UMMMMM good.
Snack: ice cream at the beach!
Dinner: 1/2 turkey sandwich, green beans, cheese.
Snack: small bowl of rice crispies/milk.
Snack: 3am! Oops. Sliced turkey
Lots of water and tea, lots of walking on the beach.
6am and I hear babies talking! Later. . .
