What we are eating,and whats eating us,Monday...
I read somewhere the other day that it is a myth that we should never eat after 7pm. I seem to "need" something about 3am when "we" (Maggie and I) take our potty break. I'm going to schedule in a protein snack then.
Yesterday I had:
Protein shake and supplements, Oatmeal for breakfast
Snack: yogurt, shared bites with C and H.
Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich,apple slices
Snack: apple slices and cheese
Dinner: bean soup, crackers, green beans
Late night snack: turkey
Coffee, water, tea
My bad. . . gold fish crackers with C and H. 1/4 cup mac and cheese with C and H. How do you turn it down when they lovingly offer from their little spoons??

im starting year 4 today and ty everyone for your nice messages yesterday.
so far ive had coffee and a banana.
prob a protein bar at work, not sure yet
salad for lunch, with some low fat ham, goat cheese and i cut in a little fruit.
dinner= left over meatballs and sausage from the weekend
snack- hmmmmmm not sure, have to watch those snacks

Watch out, Charles! Hope he starts following the food rules. That is very important and you are really good setting those boundaries. It's hard.
My yesterday food was better than Saturday and Friday, but not so hot. I did end up walking/running about 6 miles altogether. So that was good. I did my treadmill extra long and then Tom and I walked to and back from our big city park downtown to hear the "Musick of the Royal Fireworks" and see the Fireworks. Music was OK. Fireworks were good.
It was hot and humid. Not as hot but more humid than our neck of the woods usually is.
My menu for today is my usual and I should be able to stick to it today. Will let ya know tomorrow.
My weekends go super super fast and then I find myself back at work thinking "I just left here."
