OT: Check out the cast list of this movie
This is for The Steam Experiment, aka The Chaos Experiment, filmed in Grand Rapids last fall, of which I was an extra. A coworker told me he tried to get all the extras on the IMDb database ... I wasn't sure what that was, so I just looked it up, and there I am. He was only able to get two of us, the first two on the list in alphabetical order ... me and him (Mike Karpus).

Val Kilmer and his assistants blocked my way in the hallway once. We were told not to bother the stars, so I just stood there and waited. And finally he said to his assistant, "This lady is waiting to get through. Why don't you move?" And he smiled at me. I told him there was no hurry. (And really, there wasn't. There was a lot of sitting around.)
I haven't seen the movie yet ... I've been told it's pretty bad. But I'll get the DVD just because I am in it and my name is in the credits at the end (along with all the other Press folks that played extras). And the Press newsroom is in it, too.
Oh, and I did see Armand Assante at our "lunch break" in our cafeteria. He's still very handsome.
