Holy Cow....I almost missed my 3rd surgiversary!!

Oh, Teri, I absolutely love this quote! And so true. . . .Now once we saddle up are we supposed to make the horse move or can we just sit there????

Karen, you can do whatever you little [and I do mean little] self wants to do on that horse!!! 

My speed is the 25 cent ride in front of the grocery store!!!

I was looking for something that had a Texas flavor and ya can't be more Texas than John Wayne, no can ya, Pilgrim!!  LOL

 Teri, the view from up here in the saddle is really diffent. It's high, wide, and kind of scary. I'll probably have saddle sores by the time I get the courage to holler "Giddyup" to my trusty steed~

A flat belly,,what a dream that would be come true! Alas. Im sentenced to life with my "apron", however I am fortunate, it is very small so i dont need to try and hide it. I guess Im fortunate in that area, hardly any hanging skin.
Aside from the before pics, I know there are lots of before "memories" that are just as clear,,things you couldnt do, pains you dont feel anymore. Thats the real blessing of WLS!
So glad for this forum and getting acquainted with you, as well as all the others. I love your descriptions of the oceans and the whales,,and life in general. Yours is always one of the first posts that I read!

I was only in Hawaii once, in 1984 and only on Oahu.  that was a great trip.

Once again I'm reminded that were it not for our shared obesity we on OFF would have never met either on line or in fortunate cir****tances in person.  Tho our real life time together has been short I knew you before I met you. . . and feel so fortunate to count you as a friend.
