Linda,
You said you did not get sick eating the tuna?  I think that is absolutely great!  Will you send me the recipe Olivia used so I can try it?  Yes, I am a food addict too.  Always on my mind and have a constant battle with my brains saying I am hungry when I am full.  Take care sweetie and may God bless!

Always,

Hi there Linda,

Well although I followed my food plan except for dinner as I was feeling pukie, I was up 2 lbs today. Probably leftover from my free for all weekend.

I had
pre B- coffee and Dakota toast
B- cottage cheese and blueberries
S- yogurt, raspberries and kashi
L- ham and cheese roll, crackers and PN butter, cherries
S- watermelon
D- a couple crackers some cheese (was nauseated)
S- tea and granola bar

Today should be a good day...
Yep, that slider food is what gets me every time. The dense protein, when I choose to use it works like a charm...

Take care,
Cheryl

Hi Cheryl,I am sorry about the weight gain. I bet if you steady your course,it will be gone by the end of the week. Today my focus is going to be on the dense protein. I wonder if I set myself up by venturing off the mark.
I am going to get this right. I am grateful for malasorption, that's for sure!
Have a good one,and remember you are more than a weight,or size.

Hi, my name is Jean and I, too, am a food addict.  One who can eat 10 times more mushy food than solid food!

As you know, I post my food plan for the coming day here (rather than yesterday's food) because "giving away" my plan helps me to commit to it.  Today I'm attending an all-day training session (to learn how to use Power Point) and although I'm bringing my lunch and snacks with me, I'm going to have to resist evil vending machines full of chips and candy.

B: multi-grain English muffin with crab spread and tomato
S: strawberries stuffed with sweetened ricotta cheese
L: chicken salad, cucumbers, tomatoes
S: Fiber bar
D: shrimp & pasta salad, tomatoes
S: SF white chocolate pudding

Hiya Jean, ahhhh yes the good old vending machines. Many is the time I went to work with no money so I could get past those!!
Power point is pretty easy,I am sure you will catch on fast. How wonderful for you to be venturing out to the work world again!!
Kudos on taking such good care of yourself. I am convinced my vitamins are making me hungry,I have doubled them and have been taking them all at once,I am going to divide them up and see if that helps.
The best to you,dear lady.

Hi! My name is Betsy and I'm a food addict too! And Im right there with ya'll when it comes to the mushy stuff! I could live on chili, cottage cheese and soups! Need to focus on the dense stuff and ignore the head hunger more!

I post my upcoming meals too, cause it keeps me accountable. So far since I have been posting again, I have stayed with the planned menus.

Plus, I started walking again!! WOOHOO! Yesterday was a little over a mile, but Im working back up to more, I could not believe how out of shape I was! Last summer I walked this whole town,,this summer I have to start from my neighborhood and work farther. Oh well,,at least Im moving!

The plan for Tuesday:
B- coffee w ff sf creamer; tried bacon and egg,,didnt sit well today,,so nothing for Breakfast...
S- Peanut Butter
L- cottage cheese and tomatoe
S- prolly Peanut Butter or cheese
D- chicken breast, and salad
S- sf jello with reddi whip on top

Lots of water, tea and coffee throughout the day too.

Its working,,I weighed and the four pounds is still gone! Lookout September,,Ill be back in that skinny black dress made of Spandex!!

Hugs everyone!
Betsy

Connie,I am going back on posts. You broke your hip.you had a choice between, saggy skin, and not walking straight again or not walking at all. You were taking care of yourself. You made the right choice, and now you are up and running again.
Hugs.
