what's new wednesday??????????
Hi Margo and my OFF family:
Crazy night at work last night. Got done with my page and a half on the new system fairly easily, although I had to wait for a story; then I asked sports if they needed some help. Silly me! That meant I had to work on the old system. It crashed three times on me as I was trying to do a half page. Then I got some funny looking thing on my page and couldn't open it. It said it was open, but it wasn't. We had to call our systems guy at midnight; he gave us some voodoo chant to do over the computer (not really, but that's what I called it) to make things right; had to delete the page and start over again. Luckily, I just had one headline on the page and one other element after an hour. It took an hour and a half to do a half page (two stories). I think I like the new system more and more, despite some of its drawbacks. At least it doesn't crash as much.
I have to do a webinar this morning at home for work. It's about the upgrades to our web posting system. I am making sure I get an hour of overtime for this. It starts at 11 a.m. (10 minutes from now; well less than 10 minutes). So I had to get up by 10 so I could be awake and alert for class. I'm still sitting in my nightshirt ... nice to go to class in PJs.
Margo, I hope these feelers for the house work out. I am planning on putting my condo on the market when I get out of bankruptcy and going back to renting. It's costing me too much, what with the condo fees, etc., and I'm not making as much as I was when I bought it. Hopefully, the market will improve by then.

morning margo and OFF...lucky you margo getting a storm last night!!! we didn't get anything far as i know....and this morning it sure looked like rain or a storm but so far nothing...grrrr lol
bandit is doing better today...had a few spots on carpet this morning to clean up and i already scrubbed carpet and it looks good again. only have to load dishwasher up and get them done and then maybe go to the store for some fruit. i am craving fruit now...watermelon in particular...lol
was supposed to get blood drawn today but silly me drank vitamin water and fuze which also has vitamins in it...soooo have to do it later this week now. oh well i will get it done in july yet.
nothing else happening so i will shut the trap and get the dishes done....have a good day everyone!!! and SMILE ;-)
Hi Off Family
So it's Wednesday, I kind of lose track of days around these parts. I told you in another post about the Osteopenia that may be the cause of decaying bones in my
back. Well a few days ago, I also broke my top denture in quite a few places, it is
glued back together, but, not all the pieces are there & do not fit right. Insurance will
not cover anthing dental & to fix properly will be around $240 which of course I do not have either. So having to eat soft foods for now & that is not a good thing for the
weight gain fight. This has also given me a major headache for 3 days as the unfit
plate i****ting a nerve. I am trying to be positive, but, having a very hard time at
the moment. Good thing I am still on zoloft. I could only imagine what I would be like
without that!! Have a good day & I will try!!
I will take everyones prayers that are sent Arizona way. Thanks

Hey Marilyn, I don't know how you manage with the terrible heat you are having......stay inside, I guess. Hopefully you have a/c.
Everytime I accidently drop my dentures in the sink when I'm cleaning them, I hold my breath that they didn't break.....I need new ones, as mine are 20 some years old. I want to get my own bottom teeth whitened before tho' so the new dentures won't be so yellowish. My DIL works for a dentist and she told me they would cost $895.
I got up at 6 this morning again - trying to get back into my work routine. Went out to our Kroger store to stock up on carbmaster yogurt.....just can't live w/o it.
My massage lady told me my second toe is all black and blue underneath and there is a blood blister on the top.....so I called the foot doctor and he wants to see me this afternoon. Having more than usual pain in the foot today even with taking the neurotin. Also the muscle in the back of my ankle is hurting and it's because of the way I have to walk....she gave me an exercise to do to keep it stretched out.
Gosh Annette, I've never heard of a saggy colon -- wonder what that means??? Hope all turns out ok for you.....will keep you in my prayers.

Judy, glad to read that Bandit is doing better. . .
Just wanted to say that Dillinger actually seemed better last night, though he is eating only a 1/3 of what he normally does, still wants his treats and let's me know it too! I am still taking him to the Vet on Friday to see what she thinks, as without a doubt there are changes (lethargic, back legs weak) and he has not been back to the Vet since he had his surgery stitches out back in February, they said it was not necessary for further follow up unless and until he took a turn. This is a roller coaster ride and well, most of you have probably been through it at one time or another, so you know how I'm feeling and I thank you, as does Dillinger, from the bottom of our hearts for all your support and well wishes. . .
