OT: another RANT about the neighbor
why do the police let him get away with all the terrioristic acts he is pulling? stuff like that is against the law and some of them are called acts of terriorism.....punishable by prison, ...my ex son in law got 5 years prison time and 5 more years of supervised parole after that for leaving notes to my daughter about what he was going to do to her. and letting the air out of her tires at night, and breaking into her house while she was gone to work,,,,didnt tear anything up but let her know how easy it was to get into her house....

the problem is that no one can catch him in the act of anything....when we got our restraining order two years ago we had to fight fight fight for that............

who? the dispatcher knows who it was but when you say you want to be anonymous then the service provider isn't told who called- nor can we be told...
ya know--privacy is such a wonderful thing-we all cry for it and want our rights but in this case-well anyhow...
if there had actually BEEN a fire someone esle would have calle dit in...or if he actually WAS burning tires- the air would be full of that horrid toxic black smoke...

If the dispatcher knows then she can notify the police and they can get him on something. Can't think of the name but there is a law against using the 911 call to make false reports. If he has a history of making nuisance 911 calls, they can also get him on that. Just takes a willing police dept. But since the firemen are volunteer, seems to me the police would jump at helping them.

unfortunately, lindsey doesn't have police anymore-we have to rely on the county sheriff dept--which are a great bunch but do nothing about him but roll their eyes....
i am so frustrated by it all....he is not the only reason we are moving but he sure contributes to it!!!
