OT: another RANT about the neighbor
I sure hope you get moved before he does anything serious. Do you have to sell your house? Bad time for that.
I still think the sheriffs dept can arrest him. You may have heard of our sheriff here in Az. They call him Sheriff Joe. He put up tents for the people. Said if it was good enough for our troops overseas, it is good enough for the criminals. He has cut out all tv except for the political station. No one can get any magazines except for things like House and Garden. No coffee or cigarettes and everyone gets 2 meals a day (but lots of calories). Always balogna sandwiches for one of the meals. He is re-elected every year by a wide margin. He pulls no punches so politicians hate him. You need a Sheriff Joe.
