My son reads some internet publication about what makes America fat. I can't remember the name of it, but they talk about high fat, rediculous things like fried twinkies or mountains of fried, gravy covered food, and he just rants about how horrible it is. He and my DIL are staunch vegetarians and he just goes on and on about this horrible stuff people are eating.

Funny thing....he's about 40 lbs overweight and I don't think he sees it. It's all I can do when he goes into these rants about fat America to not  scream at him:" have you looked into the mirror lately?"

Good morning everyone,  Love the dancing thong lady, Linda.

These last few work days are busy ones.  Not much time to eat during the day but I over do it a little in the evening.

Yesterday I had coffee with SF creamer, a SB protein bar, some plums, a handfull of chips, trout with mustard/pecan glaze, yummy roasted vegies, SF pudding and SF ice cream.  Oh and a handful of pecans.

I'm pleased to report that my son and I made up Tuesday.  I've been talking to Steve again and have invited him over for wild boar sausage and to look at my place regarding potential remodeling.  I'm picking up free bathroom fixtures this evening and have this idea brewing about adding another rental room and bath.

Also getting my bicycle out of the shop after work and looking forward to riding it.  And the cable guy is scheduled to come this afternoon too, although I may need to reschedule that.

A little down time will be welcome this weekend.  XOXO, CV Linda

Hello, busy beaver! Sounds like the sum total of your food wasn't bad,and that you are uncomfortable with the times you ate.
Happy to hear you and Steve are friends....smile. Sounds like you are on your way to another boarder, heck, you may wind up with others paying your house note.
You are quite resourceful,I am also happy to hear you made up with your son,I did not wanna bring that up.
Hugs and kisses...the thong lady says hiya to your nekkit lady...hehehe.

Linda, I'll make this quick as the cribs are starting to rattle upstairs. I leave for home this morning right after the girls go to daycare. I just love spending time with them but it will be nice to get home too.

Yesterday's food: Protein shake and supplements

Was busy sewing, made the girls "big girl night night pillowcases" out of fabric from one of their crib sheets whose elastic had stretched out. They love them. That kept me from wanting food early in the day. Busy hands as the saying goes. Eating and sewing do not go hand in hand.

Lunch: watermelon, peanut butter/celery, left over chicken breast.

Snack: yogurt

Dinner: meatballs, baked potato, salad

Snack: peanut butter

Water but not enough as I had a bad foot and leg cramp during the night. The kind that curls your toes and that takes about 20 minutes to work its way out! Hate those.

Gotta go. You all have a good one. Still way over 100 here in this humid west side. heading over to the dryer side at home.
