What we are eating and what's eating us,Friday....

morning everyone...well i slipped last night and ate a philly steak and cheese sandwich...oh well it was still a good choice for me...after eating the cereal for breakfast i ended up having the runs big time!!!! omg i had a few close calls at work let me tell you!!!! just glad it finally stopped!!!!
so here is my menu for today and i plan on sticking to it!!! ;-)
b. coffee with creamer...egg and cheese omlet
l. turkey sandwich and a small salad ranch dressing
s. protein bar
d. slice of cheese pizza
s. popcorn i think not sure
so thats me menu and i am sticking to it!!! have a great day all!!!!
ps bandit is better and is playing again!!!!! wooohoooo!!!!!!!

Linda, I did get your response and I was so tired last night I didn't get much of a chance to really read it, but I did this morning. I so wish we could just sit and share a cuppa together and talk about our lives and journies. What joy that would bring me. You are a kind and passonate woman.
If I wrote down everything I ate yesterday my post would be full of edits. It all started out well planned and I did fine, but it seems everytime I turned around there were tempations I could not resist. Like those damn little white powdered sugar mini doughnuts in the color room. Or the gramham crackers in the kitchen, or the cookies at Gary's office picnic.
Today is another day. It will be better. I wll be better!!!

Susan,I do not know what made me write that long letter,I know I was touched by a poster who was so down on herself. That was two days ago,and I had been up all night,so maybe that made me more sensitive. I told Brenda my fingers just flew.

I would love to have a cuppa with you,however,we get to know each other pretty darn well here.
Graham crackers are actually not too bad for us.

Good Friday morning to you, dear one. I hope that your Friday is nothing short of great! Mine seems like it going to be a somewhat more busy one for me than normal..so I pray that I have the strength to get through it.
Food went fairly well yesterday. I am pleased with myself there. Not bad at all. I actually ate 3.....yes all 3 meals yesterday. So I am considering that good.
B: sf oatmeal with a pat of ICINB in it
L: half a onion sandwich on ww bread (I know it is stupid but I love them so much...always have and always will I guess!)
D: Talapia and fresh green beans.

Just look at that food....it sounds normal to me. Is that a step in the right direction....I am not saying anything since I have done that before and then it changes back again. I am just going to take the gift of yesterday and go on knowing that I can do it...maybe not always as often as I wish but sometimes is better than not at all.
I fixed the green beans a way that I never have before and I could have ate nothing but them but I did eat the fish too. I had some fresh green beans that I hadn't used and took EVOO and butter and sauteed them in that with onion, garlic, greens seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes. OMG....even Bill liked them so they must have been good!
I am sending you love and hugs and prayers for you and yours are being said. I love you and take care today.....and don't forget to scatter...that is what we are born to do.

Hello my friend and confidant. I do not know why you knock onion sandwiches,people in my family eat them,and I love huge slices of white or red ones on my sandwiches. Green beans are soooooooo healthy for you,and so low calorie's,onion was made for them,hehehe,eat a MOUNTAIN of them.
