Weather today is cool.  I mean in the low 70*...  that is after record breaking heat the last few days.

Food has been a challenge.  I'm being tormented by "stuff" in the fridge calling me.

I do well in the morning and noon time but dinner and after really are getting to me.  I seem to be snacking all the time.  Most of it is healthy but .... too much of a good thing....  heavy sigh.

B  oatmeal with cranberries.. two bacon...  very  lean
L  chili with cheese & onion
S  protein bar...  only half
D chicken rice pilaf fresh veggies
S...... Hopefully just popsicles...

Will have my grandson today... love the little guy.... very busy 3 yr old....  that will have to count as exercise...  lol

You sound perky, Linda!

I did a personal training session last night.  It was hard, but I just love how much stronger I am now, and I can actually see some muscles forming.  Who would've thought I could get this much satisfaction from physical fitness?

B: English muffin w/ crab spread
S: strawberries stuffed with sweetened ricotta
L: mustard-dill catfish, eggplant w/ goat cheese
S: apple w/ PB2 dip
D: tofu & veggies in wonton wrapper, Asian cucumber salad
S: baked plumcots (w/ brown sugar Splenda, cinnamon & a little butter)

Hiya dear Miss Jean,I do not know if I am perky,or slightly delirious,I am going on 2 hours sleep. I go to my neurologist on Monday,he will have the results of my sleep deprivation test, and most of those kazillion labs I took,he ordered the full panel on all my vits and such, bless his heart.
Good for you on the physical work outs! I found I have had to strengthen my arms through exercise, and I have managed to work in a nightly walk with Pookie and the grands,it is just too darn hot during the day.
I hope I can work the walk back in ASAP,after knee replacement surgery. It looks like I will be going into long term disability,I thank God for the fore sight to purchase this 7 years ago,it goes to  half a million, but because it is though my job,I do not if it will go pass the 2 year mark where I will be automatically terminated,it seems it should, but who knows, they are such shysters! There seems to always be some fine print!
I will be facing more surgeries, and I vow I see a hernia in my belly,oh joy!
Today I am happy, today life is good, one day at a time!
Here's a hug!
GRIN!!
