Not bashing you at all, but as an advocate for teachers I do know that most are hardworking and underpaid. When they go home work goes with them. Most work a part-time job to make it. I know because I did it for 14 years.

i didn't take it as bashing!!
i am anxious to meet her and she may be the perfect buyer--i was merely curious about salary expectations...
many of my best friends and family are/were teachers!!! and i agree that they are hard working and underpaid!!!!!! they certainly understand the value of the dollar and they make it stretch the best they can!!!!!
i apprecaite your replies- sorry if i came across in any negative way!

since we are working without a realtor i have to be choosy about who i show the house to--don't wish to waste time showing to just "gawkers/lookers"--this gal sounds serious and sounds nice so we will meet her tomorrow!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.
