What we are eating,and whats eating us,Saturday...
Let's just say I kind of took a break today. Might even say I was a bit out of control. . .
Started the day right: Protein shake, supplements
Gym: 4 miles
Breakfast: leftover zucchini pie (almost better than the first day!), cantalope
Snack: 1 slice zucchini bread. . .
Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich, cucumber slices
Dinner: Wedding buffet. . . sliced pork tenderloin, sampled 4 salads, roll, wedding cake (chased with a beer) It was 106, outside ceremony, inside reception in the air conditioning with 200+ guests. Beer and cake, strange combo but man that beer was good!
Snack: watermelon with salt! boiled egg.
