Thank you OFF family!
What a surprise to check in this morning and see all the birthday wishes from my special family! Thank you, thank you! I need all the hugs - just don't get too close (cough, a-a-choo, hack). Yesterday I had chicken soup for a morning snack, gumbo for lunch, and gumbo for dinner (no rice of course). I needed liquid comfort and not in the chocolate martini form! George really wanted to go out last night, luckily the restaurant had gumbo. This morning we went out for breakfast, later we're going to a movie and a "Z's" game. He says I shouldn't have to do anything this weekend! He's even doing laundry as I type - WHAT A GUY!I came home yesterday to a bouquet of flowers from GIII. Shelly and Danny both called. Gabe drew me a birthday card which Shelly included in the envelope with the one from her and SIL. Mom called, and two out of three sisters called. I was very popular last night!
Coworkers remembered to wish me happy b'day - we're celebrating Wed. so we can knock out two b'days with one cake. Yea! I'll only be tempted once.
