Crossing Over . . .

This VSG is an amazing thing!
Several days ago I weighed myself and checked my BMI. I am pleased to announce that I am NO LONGER MORBIDLY OBESE!!!!
Yes, I have Crossed Over to the land of the Obese. Now don't get me wrong; I think Obese is an ugly word. Since my (300 lb) family doctor pointed his fat finger at me and announced to my mother, "She's obese." when I was 11 years old. I had to ask my mom what 'obese ' meant! I decided then that it was an ugly sounding word, and that opinion hasn't changed in thr 50 years since. Nonetheless, I am happy to leave the land of Morbid and dwell for a time in Obese. 
Next on my journey is Onederland. I can hardly wait.
A bit of irony: I weighed 145 pounds when I was 11 years old. My goal weight is 145 pounds.

I agree, I hate the word obese, but it is what it is. 
Somehow I need to get motivated to do more exercise.  No friends to exercise with, I keep saying I'm going to  go to water aerobics, but never make it.
