Linda,

I didn't get anything done yesterday that I had planned to do - I seem to have adopted a struggling new bandster whose wife is an OH member (she had RNY) and whose surgeon and nutritionist gave him absolutely no instructions about how to eat with the band (apparently his was the first they ever did).  It infuriates me when surgeons don't give their patients the education and support they need, not just for weight loss but to protect their health.  So I spent most of the day answering questions for this couple.

B: multi-grain English muffin with crab spread
S: iced skinny latte
L: pork chop, watermelon & jicama salad
S: apple with PB2 dip
D: beef fajitas, cucumber & avocado salsa
S: strawberries stuffed with sweetened ricotta

Jean this is awful,I wonder how many people will be hurt by this!! How brave (or stupid),to be a doctor's first in anything!
I wish there was a blanket, online tutorial for such things.
How lucky he is to have ran into you!
What's eating me is my daughter, she is so selfish, and I would give and have given anything for her.
I will have to reschedule my nuerologist's appoinntment as she will not be taking me and it was too late for me to make other arrangements.
I also will not have her around for my surgery, and that is fine, for God is with me. I have no one else here, I am tired dear Jean,so very tired.

Linda,

In my area there is a community-sponsored transportation service that gives people (ill, disabled, elderly) rides to doctor's appointment.  Maybe if you called your local human resources agency and asked, they could tell you if there's anything like that available in your area?

Dear Jean,I have a service,it was just too late to call them last night.
Olivia ia bi-polar,and called me names you would not call your enemy. She is blocked from sending me chats or emails. So she will attack me here. Please forgive her,and to block her if it gets to be too much.
I am in physical fear of her,and will contact DES,for my grandchildren are not being cared for and I can no longer help.
God bless you,and please forgive this.

Please do not be fooled.
There are 3 sides to every story.
Her side, My side and what actually happened.

Everyone is eventually driven away.
I hung the longest.
Its a miserable position to hold.

Olivia,

Your post reminds me of a former coworker who went (with a group of business associates) to a fortune teller when she was in Hong Kong.  He refused to tell her fortune and gave her money back.  After she left the room, one of the other people asked the fortune teller why he sent my coworker away.

He said, "Beautiful woman, ugly soul."

Jean

P.S. - and it wasn't your mother *****minded me of this coworker
