Good morning Linda,

Last night we went to a drumline exhibition. The radio ad said there would be extraordinary food offered. The fare was hot dogs, hamburgers, nachos and pizza. Forgot - popcorn too. Not very exciting but the water was nice and cold.

I ate 1/2 hotdog and the hot peppers from Tom's nachos. Took a swig of his diet Pepsi, which was the first time in over 3 years. Oh gag - it was too sweet and no place to spit. Lesson learned.

Taking a break from the kids to grade the last of my students' essays. 

B: egg and the bottom of a biscuit

S: cheese probably

S: banana

L: hotdogs

S: cheese

S: peanut butter

D:grilled chicken

S: confession, no snacks at night, I'm too tired and too ready to sleep.

I think Sunday might be my favorite day too.......we have our traditional Sunday breakfast which is more like a brunch and normally I can get Matthew to cook dinner on Sunday...typically something on the BBQ.  Today he is made Lahma****urkish pizza.  It was delicious!!!
I need more water....

B:   1 poached egg

       2 slices whole wheat toast

        Sliced Peppers, tomatoes, cuc

        Fresh squeezed orange juice  Hot Tea
S:   Protein Powder drink (EAS Whey Protein)
L:  2 oz Chicken breast and 2 cups fresh spinach sautéed with onions and tomatoes.  Plain yogurt
S:  Fiber One cereal, 1 apple, Coffee.      
S:   Fruit plate---cherries, grapes, kiwi,
D:  Turkish Pizza and mixed salad

S:   Cantaloupe
