Should I tell them about your being a registered drug offender due to doctor shopping for vicodin? You are in a nation wide data base,to my shame.That you have to go in to get medicine from a special center? Should I call that center and let them know you need testing,and that I have to hide my medicine from you. I will protect my grands,and I will give DES full disclosure,
