Hello fellow OFFers,
A good and balanced weekend here with lots of fun, music and chores.  Friday, my last day at work, was hectic and I rushed out without shutting down my personel email.  So gotta go back today for that and to pick up a few personal items I left  behind.  I'm making lists of all the things I want to do with my free time.  Food was good  yesterday with the exception of the "We'll miss you" cake from Friday.  My housemate is home now and if he doesn't eat the rest I will toss it.

Yesterday I ate two eggs on WW toast with coffee, cottage cheese and pineapple, baked chicken with 1/2 ear of corn, cake and SF ice cream.

Good Morning Miss Linda & All my OFF family: .I haven't posted in ages.  I'll have to get back in the groove again one of these days.  I try to read posts as often as I am able.  I continue to lose weight and am now around 4 pounds under goal.  Feeling great and can eat just about anything (wthin reason of course) and am fortunate that I no longer have any cravings for sweets or fatty things.  The only thing lately that made me a little "queasy" was fresh peaches with a splash of half & half and some Splenda.  I do not tolerate sugar alcohols too well so really read labels and stay away from protein bars, etc, with high sugar alcohols.  I will try to post more often  but sure enjoy reading everyone's posts and  I send love and prayers for those in need and wish everyone always the best of everything.

Good morning Lovely Linda and OFF friends,

I started off this morning with a banana and black coffee.  It won't be long now before I start my preop liquid diet on Saturday.  I'm ready!

We had company for the weekend and company last weekend, so I'm ready for some relaxation and quiet, although I always enjoy the excitement company brings, especially my lovely daughter - lol

My eating yesterday was light, too.  I didn't eat dinner; I don't know why, but I guess that I didn't miss it!

B.            cherries and 2 pkgs. of oatmeal

s.             cherries and yogurt

L.             cashews, salad, banana

S.            way too many cashews, banana

D.            nada, nyet, rien, nichts - guess I wasn't hungry

Better late than never. Let's see if I can remember anywhere accurately. I promise not to have "selective" memory.

Sunday: protein shake supplements, followed by zucchini quiche and fresh melon

Snack: string cheese

Lunch: cottage cheese and tomatos (from the garden)

Snack: sugar free pudding

Dinner: fresh corn, baked chicken, salad, zucchini lasagna(barf! won't be making that again)

After dinner Dairy Queen run by my son: two bites of his Snickers Blizzard (damn it was good!)

Oh yes: went to the gym sunday morning with Kristin. 4 miles!

Note on zucchini dishes: Zucchini Pie (like a quiche) is excellent; Zucchini lasagna not so much!It was really runny and mushy. Hard to pretend those limp zucchini slices are lasagna noodles!

Not a bad day for me. Let's see:

latte  FF, SF

cottage cheese, cantaloupe, 1 slice toast

latte 2% milk

watermelon

leftover chicken and rice casserole

cherries----yummo!!!

turkey piccata, orzo, sugarsnap peas

latte SF FF

LOTS of unsweetened tea and water. Trying to get rid of the popcorn bloat!
