What we are eating and what's eating us.Wednesday.
Good Morning Linda, Doing the middle of the night can't sleep thing. Nothing special on my mind, but antsy.
Tuesday's food:
Protein shake and supplements
Zucchini Quiche, melon slice
Lunch: 1/2 of a BLOT (bacon, lettuce, Walla Walla sweet ONION, and lettuce) sandwich, pickle slice
Snack: yogurt with Grape Nuts
Dinner: 1/2 homemade fish sandwich, green beans, cottage cheese/tomatos
Snack: peanut butter
Lots of water, ice tea, Crystal light
Moved patio furniture a friend gave us. Did not go to the gym yesterday but will go early this morning then come home and clean up for TOPS. This afternoon another shot in the foot to treat the neuroma. Seems to have helped a lot. Not nearly as sore so I'm hoping surgery will be dodged this time.
Cool breeze blowing, hope it stays cooler. Supposed to be "just" in the mid 90s today. We had a few sprinkles and a bit of thunder last night. Just enough to smell good.

I hope you get some sleep soon...and I do not know what a walla walla is,is it like a wasa? A wasa is a long cracker,low carb and low cal.

Breakfast: Black coffee (TRYING HARD TO WEAN, but had to make a pot this morning after not having it for a few days)
Whole grain crackers and cheese, the kind in the package - not the best, but I'm hungry this morning - lol
Saturday starts my preop diet of clear liquids, so I may as well have the coffee now while I still can - gosh, I'm going to miss my coffee, but guess I'll survive.
