HAS ANYBODY LOST THREE POUNDS??
I hear tell that they,(our pouches),do adapt,most of us are apt to become 10 pounds heavier than our lowest weight,more than that,and we are doing something wrong.
I am gonna duck out here,as I am having trouble keeping my weight from dropping lower,but I am enjoying higher carbs with no problems so far.
I also notice that a lot of people do not even eat half the amount of veggies and fruits they should,and that is what keeps the fat burning.
Not a professional here,just saying what others say,and what my NUT recommends. She said never do fruit juice,but to eat the fruit as we benefit from the roughage,pulp and fullness....
Pure protein does not make us lose weight or maintain it,it is much needed by our bodies of course.

Eating too low amount of calories also puts our bodies in starvation mode,and it holds on to everything.
