What we are eating and what's eating us,Thursday....

Morning to you, sweet little Linda. I hope that your day is good....or at least better than they have been lately. You know where I am if you need to chat for a bit.

I go and help my sister register her GD for school today. Brittany is going to want to see where her classes are and Carolyn can't get around that good so I offered to help and then without her knowing it Autumn called to see if I would help. Here Carolyn never told her that I offered to help. Sometimes I wonder about my sister...  Brittany is starting the intermediate school this year..a step out of elementary. She is nervous about starting at a new school and going out of elementary too...2 big steps at one time.

Bill is home from work today and tomorrow without pay I might add. He left work 45 minutes early one night because he had a migraine and his boss (who is not really nice) went and Bill had told the one guy he worked with to tell him if he came in. Well, he didn't tell him and now he has 2 days off without pay and Bill's boss at work does too since she got off early one day too and didn't tell him. Most of the time he doesn't even answer his phone....oh well...it is what it is and nothing more. I will cross the bridge of no money left next payday I guess. Not much more I can do..it is beyond my control.

Food was good yesterday...I got all 3 meals in so that is good. Here it goes and you can let me know what you thought of yesterdays menu.

B: Wheaties with milk
L: half tuna and cheese sandwich
D: hamburger and 3 T. potatoes
Snack through the day: grape tomatoes-yummy!

So that is my story and I am sticking to it. I think I am making some chicken quasadilla's (sp) for dinner. Been waiting to do that...I do so love them!

Know that things are going to work out the way that God wants them to...and He helps us to adjust when things are changed. Know that I love you and want nothing short of great things for you....you deserve them, my dear friend! Don't forget to scatter and please....allow others to scatter to you too. Sometimes we must scatter and sometimes we must allow others to scatter to us! That is the give and take of life.

Good Morning Lovely Linda......

I hope this is a better and brighter day for you!! My prayers continue...my love too!!

I am still working on this depression...dang it has quite a hold on me. I do make myself go out and be around others. I feel like running when I am there but I make myself stay. If I could go to bed and cover my head for the day I would!!

 I'm faced with my summertime demon.  

Fresh fruit & veggies....  yup, too much of a good thing.  I've been freezing blueberries for the winter.  I would walk by the berries and take a handful and eat them like candy.  So good, fresh and wonderful.  Cucumbers soaked in salt, vinegar and Ice water...... Like candy     Cantaloupe cut in chunks and cold.... Like candy.    Cherries easy to pop in the mouth .....  Like candy.   All of it is good and healthy but way too much sugar.  

I should have bought stock in Charmin ! !    LOL

Howdy y'all,
Did just OK with the food yesterday in spite of the news I received.  My former employers sent the document they want me to sign before giving me the agreed to years of service.  It is a big old confusing cover there asses document.  I wrote to them this morning asking them to explain parts of it prior to finding an attorney to run it by.  Sigh,  hope this is over soon.

Yesterday I ate a vanilla protein shake with banana and SF raspberry syrup, a baked chicken leg/thigh, 10 tortilla chips and yogurt, some chicken/vegie stir fry, an artichoke with lite mayo, Goldfish crackers and pretzels, and some nachos.  Also had 2 bourbons with water.

Got some exercise spreading wood chips but probably not enough. 
Today is another day.

im here late today its actually after work for me

ive had a good  day hope i make it thru after supper time.

Im here,,better late than never I geuss! Things have been so hecoitc here with the new baby and all,,have been running around town  a lot. Mike was off today so we went to the hospital to see Dalton, he hadnt seen him yet. Then we worked in the garden, put up some vegetables,,did some baking and ran some errands. So, here I am ,,,pooped!

Yesterday I got in a whole 30 minute workout dvd,,,so I at least got a start.Part of it was weights too,,,

Lets see what all I had today..I feel like a slug, so it must have been too much...

B- protein bar, coffee
S- cheese
L- chili w about 8 crackers
S- cheese
s- 1 small slice zuchinni cake
D- fresh cooked green beans and potatoes, 3 slices fried zuchinni,
S- glass of skim milk

Guess it wasnt so bad after all!
Tomorrow is another day...
