Thanks to all of you for your messages of support, they help, some I can not answer, like Connie's cause I start crying.
I am sorry if I do not respond to the food posts, but I am reading. Thanks for the call Annette, and noticing I sound stronger than you expected.
When someone tries to destroy me,I have something that kicks in,I am sure lots of you know what I am talking about.

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Today is a new day, and you're a strong lady! You go girl.
Breakfast: Black coffee so far.
Tomorrow is the day I'll start recording my daily intake here for real - lol - preop diet begins as well as my lard-melting journey - lol - YAY! I'm ready to go!
Have a wonderful day and a great weekend. Blessings and prayers to you and OFF friends.

Well, helll. I don't know what to eat, drink, do. I'm thinking about just giving up. My head's spinning over this stupid 3 lbs and that lady's comment. I don't want to get dressed because my pants are starting to get tight and I know how depressed I'll get just trying to find something to wear to work. Just like the good old days, huh?
sigh

Seriously though, you are giving that woman far to much power in your life....who the heck is she anyway? Let her go...it will be so much better for you and then you can move on to do what you need to do. Until you do that you are going to stay right where you are. JMO though.
Sending you love and hugs, dear Susan......
Hey all,
After eating tons of extra watermelon, hubby and I went down the mountain to my friends house and I drank two glasses of wine and a shot of scotch and I'm not really a drinker. Well, we know what that does, instant drunk, then sober, then drunk, then sober. LOL. By the time we headed home, I was sober. I did manage to drink red wine, which is really iron rich and the scotch was a small shot and it really burned like hell going down but did warm my tummy up. I'm sure it wouldn't be wise to do it often but we were celebrating good news for my friend.
Okay, today I'm eating as I type, a peanut butter and diet jelly sandwich. all snacks today will be cheese and L:chicken D: a big fat hamburger patty and green beans. Oh, and those green beans will have almonds in them.

I'm sorry you're not feeling well.
This afternoon I leave for Seattle - going to stay with my OH friend Lisa, do some sightseeing, play with Lisa's dogs, meet more OH friends, and attend the OH event. I'm psyched, though I'm not looking forward to a 4-hour flight while I'm suffering with sciatica. I'll use Lisa's computer to check in with you while I'm gone, but if you don't hear from me every day, don't worry - it's because I'm having fun!
B: multi-grain English muffin with salmon spread
S: iced skinny latte
L: crab rangoon, tomatoes
S: apple with chocolate PB2 dip
