Its Saturday,What's New!!!!!
Ok Ill start the thread this morning. It is 0406am and I am wide awake. I was awakened by a loud bang and cra**** was at 0345. I thought Tevia or Pitt knocked over the tv in my livingroom. No that didnt happen. Then I thought someone was trying to steel our car. No that didnt happen.
A hugh tree fell over from the vacant property next to our house!!!!! It is across the back yard and almost took our grill to the ground. The grill seems to be alright and the airconditioning unit is ok. But the fence is down about 12 feet of it. The tree was at least 40 feet tall. I dont know what provoked it to fall. No wind, No rain, no hurricane!!!!!!!
It woke me up so fast I fell out of the bed!!!!!!!
Well not I need to send my cousin an email as this is his house and his fence. Im sure he is going to crazy!!!!!!

Good morning to you, Carla and my OFF family. I hope that today is good for everyone.
Carla, what a thing to wake up to. I can't stand being scared out of bed like that. It has happened a few times before and it bothers me the whole rest of the day. Was the tree in a yard next door? If so I would say that the people who own it would be responsible...so your cousin shouldn't be to upset...he will get a new fence and all through their insurance. Or at least I sure would think so.
Today is the start of the heat wave that we are going to be having. I dread it so much. I do think that I will be staying in the house more than going out for the next few days. I guess the heat index is going to be around 105* in which case I am sure my heart doctor wouldn't want me going out in that stuff. I am staying here safe and secure in my little air conditioned abode. I hope that everyone stays safe with all these crazy temperatures that are showing their ugly little faces.
Nothing much going on here today as far as I am concerned. I am staying put and reading I think. I am working on finishing the one book that I started a few days ago...it doesn't seem to be as interesting as the other ones. At least not yet. For some reason I am having a problem getting into it. I am hoping that it gets better. I have one more after this one to read and then to the library I go...again!
I got a lot accomplished here yesterday. I got a car load to the Goodwill and nothing for the storage shed. I don't think that there is going to be anything for it. At least not right now. I got mad and just took everything across the street. Goodwill was happy. I even got rid of Bill's 2 pool sticks and his surround sound just because he looked at me funny. I guess I was in a mood for sure. I guess, too, it didn't pay for him to **** me off either. You would think after all these years he would know to keep his mouth shut but NOT HIM! I got rid of some of his other stuff too. I don't feel bad about it either... I guess what I always told him came true...I always told him that life is a ***** and then you marry one...he always laughed. I guess I proved him wrong didn't I?
I think I am going to go for now. I will pop in later on today....I am going to have the time to do that now. I hope to do some more gathering of stuff today today too. I need to get moving on the stuff that is in my closet. It is sitting on the bedroom floor...I have to walk around it and that bothers me to no end.
I am sending love and hugs to all along with prayers being said for everyone too. Have a great day and don't forget to scatter......and stay hydrated too.

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

I'm working for several hours today. I need to make a list for the store, and then hopefully get some much needed yard work done. I have a lovely young woman coming to de-weed/remove stumps from the entire side of the house. It's on a slope, so I have difficulty balancing myself to work there. I've finally given in to the fact that even my Irises must go since I can't keep up. A clean look will be much better than the Adam's Family look - lol - where in the heck do these tree/weeds come from, UGH. Anyway, after today they'll be gone!

I'm working for several hours today. I need to make a list for the store, and then hopefully get some much needed yard work done. I have a lovely young woman coming to de-weed/remove stumps from the entire side of the house. It's on a slope, so I have difficulty balancing myself to work there. I've finally given in to the fact that even my Irises must go since I can't keep up. A clean look will be much better than the Adam's Family look - lol - where in the heck do these tree/weeds come from, UGH. Anyway, after today they'll be gone!

good morning OFF....i was able to sleep a bit longer this morning which was awesome!
i took the statue in to work and everyone loved it--sharon took it to a florist who is doing some small flowers to put in the birdfeeder part and the statue will be delivered to aleax's family on tuesday after we all see it completed- i'll take a pic and try to post on here ok?
michael just got up and has someone coming today to look at something he is selling--he doesn't know yet that i got a call to look at the house- i need to assess and see if we can show today or tomorrow and call the gal back (it was left on vm)...
met a very interesting young lady last nite- she and her daughter (aged 2 and darling but scared of the dogs!) walked over and we sat and talked for a while- she grew up in this house- well for 6 years--her step dad was the sob who did all the damage here- and his sons--so anyhow she wants to buy it but there is no way in heck she can...was interesting to hear some stories about the house tho--going back to the house which was in the front of the lot and burned before she lived here!
today is my ex hub's birthday- i didn't send a card this year- we always joke about how OLD he is--he's 2 years older --anyhow- happy birthday danny!
daughter is sepnding the weekend with her brother and SIL an dthe kids- will give both her and bf some breathing time--
well- i need to get to cleaning i guess.....last nite's dishes are in the sink--i just couldn't do them--and then decide how soon we can show again--need every viewing we can get!! still praying for an offer from the young man this week but meantime!!!!

I went back to work on Thursday... the back is really hurting but I survived... then yesterday some guy (I am calling him a Safety Nazi) came to my work and started accusing me of not following company policies blah blah blah... then took me to THEIR doctor ... to cover their a$$ I am guessing... got the same diagnosis and medicine MY doctor gave me... and light duty...
So... I am going to stay drugged up I guess... or double the dosage and call up a couple of women and have a party
