Better late than never I guess! What a busy day!
Church this morning,,then we went to Mikes family's reunion. Oh joy,,the food wasnt what I could eat. Instead of a pitch in,,they do the KFC route,,and everyone donates cash in the kitty before they leave. Well,,the chicken leg and the gravy ,,all 3 bites,,made me sick,,came right back up. So, by the time I got home I was starving so I had the remainder of the chicken salad that I had made the day before. Sorry,,but the angry pouch said no to that as well
. So, after church tonight we went to McD's with everyone,,and I had the chicken select,,,nope,,,didnt work. So, I finished the evening with a low fat ice cream and a vanilla coffee. Now tomorrow I will feel like I robbed the first national bank cause I ate the ice cream!! Go figure!
I hardly had any calories today though, so Im not gonna obsess over it.
Tomorrow is a better day,,and I will be here bright and early to post. Hope you all have a great one as well!!
