    I look at it this way..I am glad I am on this side of the dirt,,,much less healthy, no diabetes...and almost 60 yrs old.. See there are worse things..Welcome aboard..

I am new here too and everyone is so nice here.
Please check with you doc about exercising. My doc wouldn't let us do anything but walking for 6 weeks. You don't want to tare  something0(
