Do you drink protein shakes?  That is a lifesaver for me.  I can't stand the ones at most health food stores.  However, I did find shakes at Bariatric Eating that are to die for.   I hate to sound like a shill for any store, but these drinks are good.   They are perfect as far as nutrition and protein..The brands I drink are Inspire and Matrix.  My husband just fixed shakes for both of us - cookies and cream (Matrix) protein mix with Hood Calorie Countdown Milk mixed in a blender with ice.  Reminds me of a McDonalds shake.  Oh and my hubby is not on a diet - but he likes these.

By the way, I have about a dozen Isopure drinks (the clear colored protein drinks).  If anyone is in my area (Boca) and wants them, let me know.  I bought them before surgery and I do NOT like them.  I hate to throw them away.

as others have said, be careful, protect yoursef in a difficult situation like this. I too have gone through something similiar to this with my son. Be strong in whatever you do,for yourself.
I ended up, doing tough love, My Dr. told me if I didn't do the tough love part, my health was going to be worse. This was a kick in my pants,I to do something to protect myself.
Now years later, we are on loving terms and care an respect each other.  In situations like these are hearts are being broken  thoughts coming your way

Linda,

I'm glad you and Olivia are at least able to talk now.

I wish I lived near you.  I would gladly dog-sit for you!

B:  cottage cheese & Greek yogurt w/ raspberries,blackberries,and blueberries
S: iced skinny latte
L: tuna, green beans
S: cherries
D: pork loin, black bean & veggy salad, broccolini
S: Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich

I had a great time in downtown Seattle today.  Went to Pike Place Market to see all the fish, fruit & veggy and flower stalls, went to Lisa's stylist for a fabulous new haircut and color, had lunch with Lisa, and went shopping (got a lot of new makeup at Nordstrom's).
