Hi Its Wednesday Hump Day!!!!!

Today hubby is having two scopes: colonoscopy and endoscopy.  They are going to biopsy his chrones spots.  So, last night, he had to drink the liquid bomb stuff and he was up all night and mad because I wouldn't stay up with him.  Let me back track, if you have time.  See, last night, the International school, which is the school that prepares international students for our university course work needed essay readers to grade the students and place them in the English classes. They had like 250 essays.  They pay like really really good to grade them, so when they call, I go.   Hubby says, you leaving me.  I say, yep.  He says, but I started the prep., I say, well, the bathroom is there, the toilet paper is there and what could I do.  So, I graded until around eight or so and came home and he was whining about being on a liquid diet.  I ate my snack and he whined that I shouldn't eat real food in front of him and reminded him of how post wls, I was on liquids for ever and how he still ate regular food that I cooked for him.  He is such a baby.  So, at ten today, we are headed to the hospital for his test. 

Then, I have to go over and provide the fellowship board with my plan for my defense.  I have two more years to defend my dissertation.  At the end of the two years, I can either defend or lose my fellowship.  Well, the dissertation is written, or the first draft, so I am taking this year to tighten it up and maybe next summer I'll defend, for sure next fall.  So, I am going to tell them it is a work in progress and that I'll be using my fellowship for at least two more years or one and a half year. 

After that, I'm a free bird. Well, other than listening to hubby complain about how bad his prep was and how awful he feels.  YIKES.

HAPPY 30TH ANNIVERSARY CARLA AND CARL!!!!!

morning OFF...sighs....well looking for a car yesterday produced no good...waaaay to high for the payments!!!! so much for the $99 a month they advertised!!!! they even showed me a used car that had only 23,000 miles on it and i loved it...still the payments were about $50 to high....sighs....soooo today i am going to another dealer and see what they can offer me. i see they are advertising cars for about $8,000 off with trade so maybe they can get me a new car!!!!

my pcp called me yesterday and wanted me to pick up a lab order for blood work...ok got that and had that done this morning...still waiting to hear from my wls office on the blood work i had done last week. i did hear about my mamogram and bone density tests...i am normal so thats good!!!

went to the ball game last night and had a good time...one of the maintenance guys from my work wa**** in the face with a ball hit into the crowd....he was taken to hospital by ambulance. hope he is ok. but what a hit he took!!!! ruth i really don't follow any baseball but we went to see the CAPTAINS play. they are a secondary team to the cleveland indians. we left at the start of the 9th inning and they were behind 8-5 i believe it was.

well i best get my butt in gear and go see about that car...annette i hope you will be feeling better soon!!! brenda good to hear that you are healing now!!! jo omg you broke your arm??? i feel for you!!! margo hope that michael gets through his ordeal ok...jeanne same for your hubby...hope he will get better soon...na i have to give bandit a haircut also...he is starting to mat up and he hates being brushed!!! to bad you are so far away....laureen...glad that dillinger is still doing well!!! enjoy your time with him....ok crs is here once more and so i must say hi to those i missed and welcome to the newbies and congrats to the ones with a date and an anniversary!!!!
