What we are eating and what's eating us.Wednesday.
Can't remember if I even got around to posting yesterday or not. Got up and started making salsa to can early yesterday or was that Monday? Can't remember squat anymore. Anyway. No that was Monday.
What did I do yesterday? Sorted pictures for cousins, put in envelopes and mailed to 16 different homes. These were pics of my mom's and aunts that needed to go back to their immediate families. Got my haircut, got a broken sprinkler line fixed after waiting 3 hours for the contractor to show up.
Went to TOPS today; no loss, but no gain. 4 weeks in a row with no gain; losing just a bit but at least not gaining and I am exercising. Guess I am still putting too many calories in. . .
Yesterday's food and today's exercise: 5 miles at the gym this morning. Yesterday I ate:
Protein shake, zucchini quiche, Snack: yogurt Lunch: taco salad Snack: cucumber slices and 1/2 banana Dinner: swiss steak, boiled potatoes, tomatos and cottage cheese. Late snack: string cheese.
I have a ton more tomatoes so am making more salsa this afternoon. It looks so pretty with the yellow, red and orange bell peppers chopped in. But what a mess I make in the kitchen dealing with canning tomatoes in any form! Hope you all have a good one.

b. toast with peanut butter and a cup of coffee with creamer
l. cottage cheese
d. chicken and ear of corn some cucumber pickles
s. smirnoff ice i know its not a good thing but i think i need to have one see if it cheers me up....just tired of being turned down or can't afford the payments on a new car...i just give up!! i will be ok...someday :-/
