MY NEWS
so i have been looking for a new(er) car last couple days...told yesterday my car qualifies for the clunker deal...can't afford what i liked and what they had that was worth getting...so today i look at a different dealer...was told my car is NOT a clunker qualified vehicle...soooo no go there either...sighs...so i went to the bank to see if they would refinace my car so i have lower payments...they said nope its to old...i go to another bank and they said its borderline but the worth of the car qualifies so they did an application for refinancing it. hopefully it goes through and i hear tomorrow on it!!! means i will save about $60-65 a month on the payment!!!! sounds good to me and this way i can get some repairs done on it i hope. i am just so down on not being able to get or should i say afford a new(er) car!!!!
also heard about my blood test.....vitamin d is still low but its UP so thats good...my folic is in the good range she said and is sending me copies of those tests. i have it redone in 2 months.
so thats about it for my news to share...thanks for reading ;->
This is just my opinion. Dont refinance your car. It only prolongs the life of the loan and isnt worth the added interest.... I would just save up the money to get it fixed. It wont take you that long to save to get the AC fixed. I never had air till I got married and carl got me a car that had air.

carla its not what i want to do but i have to get some money coming in so we can make ends meet. rick is still out of work and his unemployment still not coming through for some reason. this loan is a lower interest rate than what i am now paying anyhow and will be for a few extra months so that is why i am going to do it IF i get approved. still waiting to hear. (and with what i am paying now there is NO money to be saved at all with trying to make ends meet) i can do without the ac but this is also affecting the heater and defroster which i NEED for winter. :-(
sorry- i know the feelings you are having...and this is jmho....
but i agree with debbie(rosey) that you should keep looking --the right one will come along...
big hugs!
I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

hey sis...i looked and looked at cars and truthfully i can't afford a new car payment!!! if i didn't still owe on my car i could get the payments lower...soooo that is why i am trying to refinance it. its a lower interest rate and also its only for a few months longer than what it is now. far as i know the repairs i need done is brakes, tires and now the ac/heater. so i think this is the best for me right now on what to do. my car ('01 olds aurora it has 65,590 miles on it) gets 20 mpg city so its good on gas and it is really good on highway too.
hugs back and hope you are doing better!!!!
