What we are eating and what's eating us,Thursday....
Today I had a great sandwich with 2 slices bologna,2 slices cheese,lettuce,tomato,and double fiber bread.,a few pieces of licorice,will eat today,ya gotta be awake to eat,but I am sure my body needed the rest.
Have a good day,and remember how bad things could have been,but did not become.
I am doing okay today.....not the best but definitely better. I too slept off and on most of the day yesterday. I just couldn't get myself to focus on my job or anything else.

Yesterday, went to see the dietician and have not lost the two pounds. I'm way excited about that. The woman who weighed me was a little fussy that I had not gained more in two weeks, but I told her that I had been eating but really active. So, maybe I'll gain two pounds and hold it and gain two more until I hit 120 and then I can have plastics. Yeah.
Today:
B: peanut butter and diet jelly on whole wheat bread.
S: celery and peanut butter
S: cheese and ham
L: steak and green beans
S: cheese stick
S: more peanut butter
D: the rest of my lunch steak.
S: cheese
I got into more watermelon and have been able to eat not only watermelon but cauntelope without dumping. Last night, the watermelon was extremely sweet and wet and I ate about four huge balls when I knew that I had ****** up. Man oh man. I cannot believe that I dumped on watermelon. My husband thinks it is because the watermelon was an Arkansas black diamond and they are really sweeter than the ones from out of state. I dunno, but I am going to try again today and if I dump again, I'm gonna be pissed.
Disclaimer for everyone *****ads this and thinks that I am courting trouble. I NEED TO GAIN WEIGHT SO I GET CALORIES WHERE I CAN AND HOWEVER I CAN AND HOPE THAT I CAN HOLD IT DOWN. Okay. got that off of my chest.

I hope this day finds you all well and feeling positive about your accomplishments. Something to think about: Think of how awful you felt at your highest weight, then think of how much you've accomplished. I'm thankful for this chance to finally get my weight under control.

I have so much hanging skin...I think I could hide a small nation in the creases!
You hang in there and do the best you can. I have been concerned about the high sugar in watermelon,but so far so good. It may be best not to eat it on a empty tummy,it makes a difference.

well last night i did NOT have that drink!!! i dran**** water instead...bought a watermelon and ate a huge chunk of that. still waiting to hear about the loan to refinance the car. but i am thinking i will not get that either. sighs....
