Linda! *hugs*

We sleep when our body needs it so "go with the flow".  I've also been going thru several weeks of what I call "OVERsleep"...I blame it on the moon cycles and the eclipses..there's movement going on. *s*

Today:

B  hot chocolate protein drink made w. skim milk powder - 33 grams protein

S  banana

L  FF cottage cheese & crushed unsweetened pineapple - 30 grams protein

How do you handle watermelon?  I love watermelon but I know it has a lot of sugar.

I'm one of the unlucky ones who rarely dumps...so watermelon doesnt bother me at all.

I normally can ea****ermelon without any problems, and I can eat most fruits. I dump on sweets.  I haven't really tried anything since a year ago when I ate a bite or two of cake and got so sick I thought I was going to die.  All it takes is one good dump and I'm down for the count.

I had a tiny piece of watermelon today - very slowly - with dinner.   It went down fine.
DInner was easier too - I had for the first time a little lettuce, with sesame seed dressing & chicken.
It was a satisfying meal for me.  I just tried about 2-3 Tbps of chicken/salad then waited a few minutes and had a little more.

In the evening, I am getting into a habit of drinking peppermint tea.  It settles my stomach.  I still use quite a bit of splenda, but for now I won't worry about it.  I will wean from splenda.  The sweet mint tea is a great relaxer and tummy settler at night.

I am feeling a bit better.  Tomorrow for the first time I am going out to lunch to meet with colleagues.
I am a little nervous about that, but will take it easy.

Well,I have not tried any really high sweets on account I did not go through this for that. Light sweets I do not dump on,I am lucky I do not have a sweet tooth...even artificial sweets seem too sweet sometimes, thank you Mayor Jeannie....heheh...don't you cuss me out!
