Karen,there are so many pitfalls,we just learn and avoid them in the future.You will be fine,you are a smart woman. Please remember to measure,sometimes we lose inches and not pounds,especially when we exercise.
Stay steady the course.

Hi there,
I'm at work and we just had our birthday celebration for our co worker. I ate too much and I'm miserable. Nothing that I ate was really bad, just too much of it. Think I'll go do jumping jacks and shake some of it down.  Or, maybe if I do that it will come back up? Actually, I think that would make me feel best.

Good evening Lovely Linda and OFF friends,

Linda - I'm SO GLAD that you and Olivia are communicating!  I think a day together will be so good for you both.  Connie is right, the love for children is unconditional.  Enjoy your grandchildren too!

I'm eating my 2 cups of veggies I'm allowed on the preop diet.  I feel like I could eat my shoes right now....but I'm hanging in there.  Salads are made for the bridal shower and company picnic, dip made, house almost clean - still my office and our bedroom left.  It's going to be a long, busy weekend.  That's okay....5 more days until surgery!!!!!

We started getting things in high gear today to get ready for our county fair which starts officially on Monday.  For us the setting up and work has began.
 
I keep not getting breakfast.  I take the Calcium and vit D.  Wait for time to eat and end up taking off without it.

L- 7-layer salad
D-chicken breast & biscut
s- mashed potatos & gravy.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

I love the way you think.  But, when I skip breakfast my weight loss slows, stales or I even gain.
