What's New- Sunday!
Good morning Julia!! It is unusual for me to be the second one posting at 7:18 in the morning, even for a Sunday. Guess everyone is still sleepy.
Well, you got the first week under your belt, now how long until Winter break??? LOL I don't have to readjust to getting up early since I never take much time off from work. Ahhhh, the life of the self employed. It has it's advantages, for sure, but vacation time isn't one of them.
I had such a welcomed surprise this morning when I got on the scale. It hadn't been moving inspite of my efforts, and BOOM...2.5# down. One more to go to be where I want to be. Funny, getting rid of my dark chocolate and lowering the carbs.....hmmmmm what a concept!

Good Morning
Yes, it's me. I keep lurking, but do little posting, as my life is SO interesting!
I've been puttering around the house the past few days, trying to clean up some clutter. I'm headed out of town for a few days for a wedding, and my cat helper would lock herself out of the house on purpose if she walked into this mess. And very honestly, it's a reason to shovel out periodically. I always seem to need that deadline.
I've been puttering on the computer a bit also, and trying to organize my photos, and came across the ones of my trip a few years ago. We DID have a good time! We met Peg and Kathi for the first time, and it was great! Peg had just been a name on the paper and an avatar, but she's so much more than that! What a girl! And Kathi was looking forward to her WLS, taking care of herself, eating better than I ever did pre-op, and I'd love to see her looking so trim. Julia was at the beginning of her weight loss journey, and must look so different now, DebiR was looking forward to plastics, and Janet and I were having the adventure of our lives! (Mine, anyhow!) I'm so glad I opened up the pics. It brought back the memories of so many new sisters that I never knew I had. I'm a terrible correspondent, but I miss hearing from those who don't post much. And I love seeing the changes and hearing about the lives of those who do.
Anyhow, just a walk down memory lane.
Everyone have a wonderful day. I'm off to do litter patrol and clean up the basement. Fun, wow!

i'm up-had some wonderful quiet time with my callie cat -came in here to get the avatar changed and need help!!!!!
michael is up now and i am sure we have to go clean in the basement after the fire- i so very very much want this house sold.......
didn't have any specific plans for today -good thing cuz now we have to clean up!
will be cooking italian sausage and green peppers in a casserole today...yum!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

it's weather and climate- being born in michigan and raise din ohio i hate winter- michael born and raised in wisconsin- same story--he lived on the big island for 7 years and maui for almost 5 so he loves it--and i fell in love before we ever went there- it's a whole "feeling" you get -that's aloha...and it is wonderful....
it's his dream to live out his life there and i want to give him that- and i love the island!!!!!
