I love cabbage.  I like it cooked, pickled, slawed, saladed, and just sliced off the head.

Okay, for breakfast: I am eating an egg burrito made with farm fresh eggs and some porkchop meat diced and sauteed, and fresh tomato, onion, and mushrooms.  Well, the mushrooms are storebought.  It's squished into one of those large tortillas.  So far, I've eaten a third of it and am thinking of abandoning the tortilla and just eating the stuffing.

S: cheese

S: whatever they serve at the meeting

L: It's food from school, probably a sandwich

S: crackers and cheese

S: something from the meeting

D: Chicken.

S: cheese

Hello sweet Jacki,I hope the cat scan is good news.
I also hope your food just flows for you,it touches my heart when you are unhappy with your choices, giving that darn dragon power again.
Big hug!!

Good Monday morning Linda and Friends.  I've been having problems the last two weeks with what I think is a pinched nerve - resulting in severe neck pain.  Not good when you are sitting at a computer all day.  Moderate stretching, heating pad, and Ibuprophen (I know we're not suppose to take it) are helping somewhat.  Trying to keep with the program and not doing well.  Eating either too much or too little, and reverting back to comfort foods.  Mind you none of this helps the pain - you'd think I would have learned this by now.  So, starting today I will try again:

B - protein shake
S - boiled egg and a piece of cheese
L - leftover steak, cheese, and a little bit of taters OR a veggie sized serving of red beans from the cafeteria
S - protein shake or yogurt
D - baked chicken and broccoli
S - cottage cheese

Dear Debbie,we know the food does not help our pain, but those buttons will always be there,
Don't worry, get yourself to the doctor,I know you get tired of them, but a pinched nerve is very painful.
Keep us posted, and forgive yourself,as quickly as you forgive others.
Feel better soon,hugs.
