What we are eating,and whats eating us,Monday...
Grrr, I've been power shopping today. I hate shopping! Trying to find a simple, kind of dressy black sweater to wear over my black "travel dress" while in Italy in less than one month. Also need black, leather walking shoes that can be worn with said dress in the evenings. I plan on a lot of those "passagianos" (I know I didn't spell that right; the Italians like to stroll in the evenings after dinner) I know I'll need a lot of that after that yummy food. Did buy a sweater that will do but haven't found the shoes yet.
Yesterday's food:
Shake and supplements
Lunch: 1/2 chicken salad sandwich, cucumber slices, melon
Snack: yogurt, 1/2 an apple
Dinner: Zip's Papa Joe (local favorite) Went through the drive through with Mike and then down along the river for a picnic. Ate 1/2 of my burger (burger, ham, cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato, lots of goey dressing!), two onion rings, two frieds.
Snack: string cheese, peanut butter on cracker.
Tea, coffee, chocolate milk, milk
I'm worn out. More tired than when I walk 5 miles at the gym. Mall walking is NOT my thing!
