What we are eating and what's eating us Tuesday!

Sorry to hear you're having a tough time. Please be well and remember how much you are loved.
I've been fighting the Carb Demons & have regained 10 pounds from my lowest. Today, I am trying to be better. So far I've had:
B - Cottage Cheese & Protein Drink
L - Small salad, green peas (fresh) and cheese rolled up in turkey slices
Snack - Carb Master Yogurt
Dinner --- Don't know yet (I think that's my problem. Without planning, I tend to graze rather than finding something appropriate). Think I'll go look & plan now!

Jan,I have no doubt you will get those pounds off. Just focus on doing the right thing,and they will disappear.
I have a hard time leaving home and staying in rehab. I know my Father will watch over me.but I am afraid. I am even afraid they will use a ng tube on my,I have told everyone,and I am going to write it across my chest.
The last fight with Olivia took so much out of me.we are on the mend.but it hurt me so much dear friend,it hurt my soul.
Please remember me.

Dearest Linda, I'm so sorry you are depressed. What's up with all this depression - several here, several at work, and even myself lately. Around here, with hurricane season and the anniversary of Katrina fast approaching, people are reliving that nightmare. Yesterday at work, our two biggest worry warts were in a tizzy about Ana and Bill. All you can do is be prepared, watch, and pray! Well, on to the topic - eating!

L - beef, a little bit of taters, and a 1/2 serving of cabbage from the cafeteria at work. Yes, you made me hungry for cabbage and it was one of the veggies today. Yummy!
S - cheese and some peanut butter with wheat crackers
D - beef stew, broccoli, green beans
I have to be honest and confess to eating cookies after picking up the leftovers from our weekly Dept conference (better known as cookie conference).
