In addition to getting in your calories, remember protein first ALWAYS.....then you have to get your 64 oz. of water in == it's a must.
I drink crystal lite a lot, cause I just don't like plain water, but I try to get at least 20 oz. of plain water every day.
Don't become a slave to the scale -- once a week is plenty to weigh yourself and some only weigh once a month. Use how your clothes fit to determine your losses, and get out that measuring tape and take your measurements --- you will be amazed!

Hang in there Dear Jani.....You are doing just fine and like the others have said: Your body is still adjusting to this new way of eating/drinking and it doesn't know just what the heck is going on some days. It's hard to see a gain on that darned scale but I know those 3 pounds are going to come off pus alot more too.

Could be jus****er weight. Your body is going through so many changes. I am not losing as fast as I would like. But I notice my clothes are bigger. So you can be losing inches. I am a scale hound , I weigh myself everyday. Which is not good.
At least you are getting in all your protein. I am still having a hard time doing that at times.
Hang in there , the scale will show your hard work.

DO NOT GET FRUSTRATED!! That will only compound things. You are doing a great job & this will drop in no time flat. We all had adjustments to our weight loss in
the beginning. Don't worry too much about the calorie count right now. Work on the
protein first. For sure do not drink with your meals or 20 to 30 minutes after. Hang in
there. I bet you are starting to notice a big change in your clothes already.

wish I had done more exercising in the early part of this journey. Walking is the easiest
exercise to get started with. Even 10 minutes at first will be a good start.

Yes, you're right, my clothes are getting too big. I do walk, but the past two days I've been having back problems and it hurts to even walk. My dogs are wondering why they're not getting their walks in in the mornings lately. I'll get back to it as soon as my back pain lets up. I even tried doing some arm exercises with soup cans, and that hurts my back too. I might have to think about looking up a chiropractor. The frozen peas seem to help alleviate the pain for a while so I'll continue that for a couple of days.
