Well...you were right and she needs me now!
Well, DS, Shawn just called and asked us to watch Kayden tomorrow while they are working. I guess his other Grandma....oops! that is Grammy can'****ch him while they are working tomorrow. She is the one that decided after he was born could do things for them...but not while she was pregnant...that was my responsibility. But then once he is here she is Grammy. Now I have to stop since the demon is coming out in me again! Linda always brings out the best in me, doesn't she?
So Shawn is bringing him over about 7:15 in the morning and then getting him about 3:30 I think. Bill is going to watch him while I go to the doctor so for about the last couple of hours unless I get out sooner...which is really a doubt. She tends to be very slow...and that is sometimes an understatement.
So....you were all right and guess who she calls when she is in a pinch...you got it and always had her number. But..we get our angel baby for the whole day!
And......Bill asked about getting him all day Sunday. We are having a church picnic and then a get together for the family for my cousin and his wife that is coming in from whatever state they live in. My bad...I forgot! So we get to show him off all day...which as all you grands know is a great day!!! "She" aka Carol is probably working so Shawn might not even of asked her since Bill talked to him. But I don't care...I get him for the whole darn day!! HOORAY FOR BILL AND I!!!!!!!!!!
And another thing...went to the I.D. doctor and it is healing very nice. Last week it was 2.2 cm. (when I started going it was 2.8) and today it was 1.2 cm. so it has healed really good this last week. She alleviated a lot of my fears and told me that it is doing well and not to worry about anything. I am fine and the last round of antibiotics probably took care of the infection. I am clear of it all. So prayers and thoughts and swinging whatevers worked I guess...so I owe a big thank you to everyone...so......

Another positive, she must trust you, pinch or not, I never left my kids with anyone I did not trust, which, sad to say, even included my own mother. . .

It's about time you got some good things going in your life again. How's your back? Will you be able to hold/carry him? Be careful. I did something to my back and for the past three days I've been suffering. It even hurts to walk, but I'm going to try to head out to walk the dogs right now.
