I KNOW I SOUND CRAZY,BUT WON'T BE THE 1ST TIME
I do crave them from time to time and have since I was about six months out of surgery. No fancy prep, just scoop out the halves and slice em up, maybe a little garlic salt. Getting what I want generally is calming, but I'll have to look for any luster the next time I give in to the avo-urge.
About the craving; I was wild for steak for a time until I got my stores of iron back up. Tomatoes are on my constantly gotta have 'em list too, but I can't think of any other strong food urges. Except onions.
