Thanks for all the prayers & good wishes. Will let you all know what they find next week. Appt is Next Tuesday Afternoon. Most likely will not have the answers on that
day, prolly after the test come back.

Yesterday I had a regular ultrasound and followed by an internal pelvic ultrasound.  I had a period after my RNY.  They don't know why and said if you bleed after you've gone thru menopause it could be uterine or cervical cancer, so they wanted another look see.  This happened last September while I was on a cruise too.  I went thru the same procedures back then and there was a cyst, but it shrunk after a month.  I'm hoping and praying that this is the same thing and nothing to worry about.  They did everything on the same day, beginning with a pap.  Boy, yesterday was my lucky day........... right.
I'm really feeling it's nothing, so time will tell.

Good luck to you too - I surely hope this is the same as it was before...
I had a clear pap smear before surgery but did not have my breast MRI which I was going to have -- before surgery I could not fit into their machine.  Talk about embarrassing.  I walked out of that clinic mortified.

So maybe now I probably would.  But I'll wait awhile.

Jan, I am sorry you had to through this. I had all that done a few years ago. I have the brca 1 gene & had breast cancer 8 years ago. Two of my sisters died from breast cancer so the Docs just decided to take it all out. The best part is no more mamograms or pap smears. The down side is now I resemble my dad more!!! Except he was obese & now I'm not. Whatever happens you will be okay.

I'm not really tooo worried.  I just posted it because I wanted Marilyn to know that she's not alone.  As we age we all seem to have one problem or another.  I'm just going to do what I have to do and get on with my life.
