Good morning, I hope that today is good...or even better great.

Food yesterday was alright. Ate most of it for lunch..in fact all of it was ate for lunch. After that I was full for the rest of the day and I brought a bunch of it home for lunch today too.

B: nothing
L: about 1/4 c lemon rice soup, a few bites of lettuce, roast pork with a few bites of dressing and the best thing....a small piece of sf cherry pie
D: nothing
S: nothing

That pie hit the spot...but I could tell it wasn't homemade...they taste different. I mean someone made it but I could tell it wasn't my Mom! It wasn't frozen but not made with love I guess.

I better go...I have Kayden today and tomorrow and Saturday half days. Then all day Sunday since we are taking him to church, the church picnic and my family outing for my cousin who came in from Kentucky. I have to show off you know!!!

I am sending love, hugs and prayers for you and yours. I hope that you soon start to feel better. I know that you have had more than your fair share.

BTW..my pcp started me on a antidepressant and she is going to run some tests to see about the falling. She was mostly concerned about that. I have to go get a carotid doppler and then possibly a MRI.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Hi!
I normally love to cook and enjoy food but lately I'm just uninspired and would be just as happy to drink some protein rather than eat a meal.......if I didn't have to cook for Matthew I would probably cook less.  I'm sure I'll work out of the funk soon.

B- Oatmeal
S - Protein Powder
L - 1 slice pizza and salad
S- Fiber One cereal, 1/2 apple
S- Almonds
D- Filet Mignon, Artichoke and tomato salad
S- Fruit (asst....cherries, grapes, peach)
Might add a late night protein powder (I'm trying to load up on protein pre-op)

Have a great night
