OLA!!! I am amongst the living!!! I was so tired,I wrote up the thread, and fell asleep before pressing the submit button!! Sorry about that, I had a glorious day,I went shopping, had a full hour complete body massage one also for Liv,as she  has done for me in the past.
Then, my dear muffin top babies,I went shoppping for a bathing suit! This is the 3rd one since WLS,the first one was a 48 down from a 54,the second one 40,then this one was a (drum roll), a 14!!! Marilyn Monroe wore a 14! The critics of today say she would have been a plus size, but I'll take it! I is a halter top too....moi! This makes me so happy!
Some say that is a big size, well this almost 6ft woman, says waka waka!!
LOL!
B- Apple and Cheddar L-Chefs salad D-Beef buritto with beans....I think my anitibiotics are bringing back my appretitie.
Yeah Baby
PS,if your panties    get in a twist today, fix 'em and keep on tucking!

Morning dear one,

Congrats on the new swim suit!!!  I bought my first one since 1994 this week. Down from a size 24 to a 4. Not easy to find one that wasn't four triangles and some strings  LOL. But, it's cute and I feel comfortable being seen in it. What a difference from 1994!

I'm having breakfast of cottage cheese, 3 strawberries and some cantaloupe cut on on it and a mini WW bagel w/ FF cream cheese. Yumm....

Gotta get ready for work and pack up my snacks and lunch. Don't know what dinner will bring either, so I'll have to get back to ya!

Hope you have a wonderful day, and I'm GLAD to see you're feeling better!

Hugs to you and all my buddies

Susan

Hey there sweet Peggy Sue! Mmmmm,I wanna have breakfast with  ya!!
Once again my wonderful ladies of OFF have helped pull my ox out of the ditch. You guys always know what to say and that I will not throw out my baby with the bath water.
It always amazes me that one can tell who has been a woman with a child,a foster, step.or natural momma.
Love ya,Southern Belle!

Size 14  That sounds like perfection. Almost 6 feet tall is statuesque my dear.

I bought a new suit this year too. Haven't put it on yet - too darned cold here.

Good Saturday morning to you my sweet Linda.

A size 14!!!!! That is great and look at how far you have come. You are truly an inspiration. Boy after your knee surgery there will be no holding you down. You will be out moving and grooving everywhere.

Food was alright. Nothing great..in fact I can't even remember most of the stuff that inside my mouth. I will do the best that I can to remember but with the memory that I have you might be asking the impossible.

B: nothing
L: Italian sausage in marinara sauce with hot pepper cheese
D: hot dog and steamed Chinese vegetables
S: pretzels

The Chinese veg tables were awful. I am not sure why but they just tasted bad to me. Bill ate them but asked me not to buy them again. I am thinking that I can't eat hot dogs. I love them and will miss them, especially with chili but I felt very queasy to my tummy. But the good thing is that it didn't last long.

Kayden is snoozing in the swing. I am working on breaking him from wanting to be held 24/7. Yesterday wasn't good but this morning it went much better. He would start to cry but I just talked him through it. Now yesterday he was flinging his arms and kicking his legs...he was one pissed off baby if you know what I mean. He didn't like his Grandma to much but I held him after and he was fine. I guess it isn't easy doing things that are important.

Have a great day and enjoy yourself. I am planning on staying home and packing some boxes. We are planning on moving in April and I thought that if I did some packing of the stuff that we aren't going to need and put it is in the storage it would make it easier.

Love and hugs being sent to you and prayers are being said for you and yours. Have a wonderful day and don't forget to smile at someone...even if it you! You deserve it...you have come a long way, Baby!!

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.

Howdy folks and great weekend.  Yesterday was a frigging carb fest for me...pancake with SF jelly, leftover pasta with butter/parmesan.  Can't remember most but I was definitely out of control.  I've been issolating and still worrying about the retirement thing and it isn't good for me.  Today I will get out of here and visit my friend Maren.  First week's unemployment check came so I need to deposit, take a book back to the library, mail a letter.  I'm going to fix the display shelf I installed between two wall studs first and give the dog a bath.  Inactivity is nice for awhile but my Libra nature is happier when a balance.is maintained with activity.

So far today I've had coffee, an egg and sausage.  Snack will be fruit. Lunch will be turkey balls in marinara.  There will be food at Maren's party but I'll try to keep my intake sane today.  It will make Yoda, the pouch, much happier too.

Hang in there, one and all.  Together we inspire, encourage and defend.  ROAR!  CV Linda
