OK, here I am and for once Im NOT happy! I have had a few very miserable days and havent been on track at all. I have been having some kind of "spell" where I get the shakes and feel really weak. Im thinking low blood sugar, but that doesnt make sense. We went out for breakfast, and I had oatmeal w wheat toast, and coffee. An hour later we were shopping and I felt wierd. I started shaking and thougth I was gonna pass out. We were inline to check out, so I grabbed the nearest thing with sugar, a candy bar,,and ate half of it, gave the rest to mike. We checked out and I got in the car and had a peanut butter cracker pack in there, so I ate that. After about a half hour it passed.  The next day I was so wiped out, I didnt do anything. I still feel tired and I cant seem tp focus on anything. Im gonna ask the doc on the 31st when I go.

Today we had a picnic at the park with the church group and i ate stuff I shouldnt..and now I feel like I robbed the first national bank. Im thinking I am such a failure,,,cant stick with anything very long.  Im bloated and miserable. Why am I even posting??!!

Oh well, tomorrow is another day,,maybe it will be better. Meanwhile, Im reading the boards and trying to get motivated again. Im thinking maybe I have adult onset ADHD...

 How is your blood pressure?

I hope you can find out what was wrong, and I hope it doesn't happen again...

If it continues, I'd sure see a doctor.

Linda - I am so happy that you and Liv are spending time together.  You are both forgiving in nature, which makes solving issues in relationships so much easier and life so much better.  Good on ya!

 A size 14 is NOT a large size for a tall woman.

I don't think aneroxic is attractive or healthy.   

Today I ate some ricotta cheese for breakfast, two protein shakes and chicken/cheese for dinner.
I've had sugar free popsicles (about 4) ...

We went to Bariatric Eating and I tried about 1/2 bar of a OhYeah protein bar.

I am having trouble gettig 3 meals in.  Did any of you have trouble with that?

I too have trouble getting in all three meals.  One usually consists of a protein shake and then a late lunch and then snack.  Today I've had protein coffee, some fish, some beef barley soup, some mashed potatoes.  Now I'm getting ready to have some more fish, and mashed potatoes and maybe some feta.  That will be it for the day.  Definately didn't get my water in today.  I'm still in this damn stall.  It's got to be the lack of fluids.  I need to get on the bandwagon.

I have lost one pound this week.  Oh groan.   I have lost 39 pounds.   Most of that was in the first 3-1/2 weeks.  I"m not stuffing myself, and i'm staying mostly on program.  I am having some trouble getting 3 meals in.

Jean, give your body time to adjust.  Girl, you lost 39 lbs. in approx. 5 weeks.  Your body is thinking what the heck is going on!  You're doing fine.  Weight loss is not always constant, it drops rapidly, then slows, and sometimes even stalls.  IT WILL HAPPEN!

Linda, I'm so happy you're feeling better and that you and Olivia are mending fences.  A massage - um no way, never had one, and don't plan on ever having one.  There are only two hands that get to touch this wrinkled, flabby body.  Hey, my bathing suit is a 14.  Unfortunately it's a little snugger than when I bought it two years ago thanks to the 12 additional lbs. I'm now carrying.  Girl, Marilyn Monroe had curves, not like those stick figures that are so popular.  Ewww, remember Twiggy - all hair and eyes and skin and bones!  Dang, that ain't sexy, that's 3rd world country deprived.

S - protein shake
l - Cheetos OK, I should have eaten something solid.  I needed to chew, so I bought a bag of Cheetos at KMart, opened them, ate a few, and threw them in the garbage when I got to the grocery!
S - a couple of tastes of what I was cooking this afternoon - white beans, spaghetti sauce, pork loin roast, zuchinni
D - it's 7 pm and I have no idea.  Don't feel like eating anything I cooked.  If George is up to cooking fish, then fi**** is.  If not, deli turkey and cheese sounds just as good.
S - if I don't have one, I'll feel deprived, so probably a protein shake or a yogurt

I will not give up.  I am determined to keep at it until I get it right!

Going downstairs to eat something healthy!
