Last, week ,the Drs. office called me stating that they will finally start the process of the 2 week diet. The nurse,Tammy called today, stated I needed a letter of clearance, not just the stress test results. Also that I needed a letter of clearance from my pulmonary Dr.
I told her my pulmonary dr was also my pcp dr ,who had written the letter of necessity. I guess it didn't sink into her head, or maybe mind, that they still need another letter from him.
Anyway she said within 2 or 3 weeks I'll finally have my surgery.
GREAT ................  I can hardly weight.
I really need to com day a little,
but yes I am really ,really excited. can you tell.

have you taken "before" pics? measurements? DO IT!!!! nobody has to see them --just have them for yourself!! there come times when maybe the scale won't move but the tape measure does!!!! and it's fun to watch the bod disappear!!!!

whoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Margo is right about taking measurements, when you have a weight stall, take your measurements again and see just how far you've come.  It's amazing.  I've already done it and it sure feels good!
I know how excited you feel, because I felt the same way just a short while ago.

How exciting!!!
The waiting is the hardest part but the day will get here.
Like others said, take pictures and measurements before so you have something to compare to later.
Best wishes on your journey

Wow, the great things are going to be starting now! Time will go so fast that your head is going to be spinning.

My advice to you is...write down your WOW moments and don't forget to date them. That way you are going to remember them as they happen and you will know how far out of surgery you will be.

Don't forget your chap stick for the hospital either.

It's not what you gather, but what you scatter
that tells what kind of life you have lived.
