I got up late this morning and haven't even started yet....

Good morning to you, Jeane and thanks again for starting the thread while our Linda is recuperating.

I am sitting here listening to my Grandson scream at the top of his little lungs...but they don't sound so little to me at the moment. I had Grandma Time with him and put him down and he didn't like that at all. He thinks he needs to be held 24 hours a day. I am working on showing him that he is loved but he doesn't need to be held. Sometimes it works and then there is times like now....

I ate yesterday:
B: toast
L: chicken breast
D: can't remember what it was....sorry my crs has kicked in again!
S: pretzel sticks

I hate that when I can't remember what I had to eat. I should write it down but then again I never do. I will live I am sure.

I better go...he is screaming non stop now. I better get him for a bit. I am sending love and hugs to you!

Hello, everyone!

Another day at home..wow! I'm loving it! Still studying..now it's "The Energy Healing Experiment" by Gary Swartz...the type is sooo small!  I'm struggling the last few days with sleepiness! Even though I've slept all night, I'm still sleepy and here it is almost 3:30 pm and I'm wanting to lie down for a nap..this is crazy! I'm taking all of my supplements including iron.  Maybe it's the weather.  Laundry is almost done.

B    LF cottage cheese & unsweetened pineapple

S    none

L    cheese & turkey kolbassa & a nice ripe tomato from the garden

S    green tea

D  diced chicken thigh meat in a  tossed salad w/ raisins, sunflower seeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, dried blueberries & Renee's LIGHT poppyseed dressing

S  maybe Skinny Cow fudgicle

snack  banana
lunch protein souffle
snack  hand ful of grapes
supper....3oz hamburger patty with half of small sweet pot , 1teaspoon of cream cheese on sweet potato
may have some watermelon later on tonight.
