Wow...swinging that frozen turkey breast sure is good arm exercise. Unfortunately, I nearly blackened my eyes with my flying bat wings

Oh, my dear one, let's hope this is the one! I have a frozen chicken in the freezer...........I think I'll go out on the lanai and swing that around for a few minutes. The god Maui will be putting in a good word for you, too!

Cant swing a frozen chicken with a broken arm and doing so with my left hand Id probably knock myself out for 9 days, But I'm willing to swing the sizzle steaks before grilling them for dinner!! Ill send good thoughts and prayers your way on the breeze created by the sizzle steaks!!!!
