Good morning, Lovely Linda and OFF friends,

I was wondering where you were this morning - lol - I'm glad you are okay.

Breakfast:  Protein shake with instant decaf coffee 25 grams of protein - tasted kind of yucky, but I drank it anyway for the protein - lol

Lunch:  2 ounces of Fage yogurt

Dinner:  Probably another protein shake.  Hope I can doctor this one up to get a better flavor.  I bought the unflavored Soy Protein and I can taste it.  It's 25 grams of protein, though, so I've been forcing it down - lol

 If your surgery was RNY last month, then the protein you should be drinking should
be Whey Protein & not Soy. Are you still on the liquid stage? Is that why I don't see
real food listed yet?

Thanks for pointing that out to me.  I ran out of Whey and will definitely get more today!  I'm still on full liquids until Tuesday when I can have pureed.

Linda.....good morning my dear friend.

Just so we don't lose you in space...heck with the lost posts!

How are you doing this beautiful morning?? I went for a walk first thing this AM....about 6:30. It was cold but what a nice walk. I love my walking and am glad to be back enjoying it once again. I go a little further each time....that makes me feel so good!!!

This site is doing wierd things again....I keep losing posts too. Ghosts again????

B-eggs w/ cheese and bacon
L-cashew chicken salad
D-steak w/ onions and mushrooms
S-fresh fruit

Love you bunches....(((HUGS))) Boo.....to you!!!

YUMMY!  Your food post for the day sounds scrumptious!!!!  I can't wait until I can have something good - ummmm boy!  LOL - Glad you enjoyed your walk.  It's beautiful here too!  Enjoy your day!

Hey Linda, hope you are doing better with your recovery.

Treated myself to breakfast out and ordered eggs over easy.....they went down fairly good.  Went on to do my shopping and by the time I got home I had to make a bee-line to the bathroom.....I don't think I will ever be able to eat soft cooked eggs.....dang!

L - cottage cheese/jello & ww crackers
D - chicken breast  - tomato/cucumber salad

It's beautiful here in southwest Michigan again -- just perfect fall weather and tonite is the high school first home football game!

Glad to see you doing so well. Gotta keep everyone healthy, right?  For now (knocking on wood here ) everyone seems to be on the road to good health. Let's keep it that way for a lonnnnnnnnnnnngggg time.

So far today I've had

latte x 2

bkfst burrito

lattte

32 oz green tea

lentil soup and a Orowheat sandwich thin, toasted

then, the rest of the day:

protein drink

snack of some sort,

mahi mahi, sweetpotato, sugar snap peas

maybe some more home made applesauce.


Mowed the back yard wearing my bathing suit, hoping to get a little tiny bit of color. Yeah, right.

Hello, everybody!

I'm home today!! Legs are VERY swollen and sore from alot of walking/standing on hard floors as I did all my errands/appointments in hard floors yesterday. So today, I'm organizing my two new LifePath groups..carefully partnering clients according to age, personality and needs and setting up the dates.
