Sunday what's new?
no sure why but i am wide awake at 12:30...went to bed at 10 tho!
had an interesting day yesterday-mostly good but some disturbing stuff...i'll write more later-it's about roxie (she's ok)...
we did the cemetery thing-it was nice! much better weather than when i was there before the pittsburgh palooza! went to the local library there- nothing about my family but a contact for a phone call- and some info on a side line....we were gone 8 hours!and got gas for $2.24 !!!
anyhow- post away- i'll come back later and tell roxie's story...

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Good morning to you, Margo and my OFF siblings.
I am wide awake as well...I went to bed early..at 8 and then watched television for a while. Then I feel asleep for about 15 minutes and that is the last of sleep that I have seen. I feel tired but sleep doesn't want to come to me. I hate nights like this...it takes a toll on your body. I am sitting here watching TruTV...I still want to call it Court TV like it use to be. I am watching Dominick Dunne and when I look at him I keep thinking that he is dead now. He died either last week or the week before that.
The cook out that Bill's family had today was alright. Nothing different than the other cook outs for the family. There was the usual disagreements and such and then the usually kidding around. The sisters and brothers (Bill's cousins) can be snippy at times but then again they are not what could be called tactful if ya know what I mean. ha ha We stayed for about 4 hours and then came home.
Today is going to be a day of staying at home I hope. I just want to stay here and work some in the house. I think that I might have to go out to get moving boxes from my niece. She has gathered me some from where she works. She manages a Dairy Queen Grill and Chill and so she told me that she could get me some good boxes. I want to go through some stuff and pack things up just to get it out of here. I am looking forward to moving in the spring....that is what gets me through staying here. I hate it here so much just because of the manager. Other than her we love it here...it is quiet (except for the heavy traffic) and the patio that we have done is beautiful. With flowers and bushes and such along with the grill and the lawn furniture. It is nice. But we can still have something like this at the other place too and there won't be the tension that I have now from the manager. I just can't stand her...she is self will run riot and makes her own rules and laws....I have heard that her nick name here is The Mayor of Willow Creek...it should be more like Willow Creek Hitler if you ask me.
I am not going to church today either. I just feel so tired and drug out that I can't see sitting there this morning. My knee is hurting so bad that I don't think I could sit there either or even go up the stairs...even though we have chair lifts for people I just won't use them. I know that I should go but with the time ticking away now and no sleep I just don't think that it is going to happen. Just look at me making excuses...I am good at this today. ha ha
Misty isn't feeling to good. She seems to have diarrhea and just wants to lay..I think that she has a bit of a cold. Bill is having hot flashes and he puts the air on low.....and Misty and I freeze and then I check the thermostat and put it up to 78 or 80 and we are alright until the next hot flash hits him. I told him they were so much fun aren't they? How well I remember those suckers...and don't miss them one bit either. And my safe bet is that I am not alone in that either, am I girls?
I guess I should get going. I am going to play some more Poppit and see if sleep will come. I am sending love and hugs to all and prayers and good thoughts are being said for everyone too. Don't forget to spread some of your happiness and joy to others today.

Good morning all. It is 5:30 and I am supposed to be sleeping. Actually went to bed at midnight. It was a mistake. I woke up at 3:30 and here I still am. I have already prepared my meals for the next two days for at work. Mary is gonna be ticked when she looks in the kitchen sink. Emptied about 6 containers that were in the fridge. She thought she had the dishes done. Gotta get up for church in a couple of hours. Then possibly to my son's house to watch the Rangers game. The pharmacy to pick up a scrip. Home for a nap. Watch Big Brother. Go to work. So, my day is pretty much planned.
Was going to take Mary out to eat, but there is too much stuff in the fridge. Gotta get rid of it. Will do that by next weekend, I hope.

Off to church in a bit. Doing fellowship after as Sept 6 (today) is my 40th wedding anniversary.
Sept 5 is also the year anniv of having my consult for RNY.
Boy what a difference a year makes.\
I feel terrific and my hubby keeps saying how skinny my butt is now. Never imagined I would feel so good.
Also am just waiting on my second grandchild to be born. Wonderful things are happening.
